FASCINATION ABOUT HOW TO DOWNLOAD CERTIFICATE FROM OPENCLASSROOM

I renewed our SSL certificate for Exchange but now Outlook will never hook up on any Home windows XP equipment. It asks for that username and password and regardless if the correct credentials are entered it just asks for them once again repeatedly as if they are incorrect. Is there something which I missed when renewing our Exchange SSL certificat
